Ed has been very supportive of our local Cherokees since the early 1990s when he helped to establish the forerunner of the Cherokee Citizens League, the Cherokee Cultural Society of Houston. He had served on the Cherokee Nation Tribal Council from May, 2003, representing Tulsa and Washington Counties in Oklahoma.
